Alexandra (Alex) Stein is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the clinical psychology PhD program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to starting her doctoral training, she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Binghamton University and worked as a research assistant at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.
Alex has experience working with individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of presenting problems and diagnoses, including children and adults with ASD and ADHD. She has experience conducting individual therapy with children and adolescents experiencing mood, anxiety, and academic difficulties.
Alex is passionate about helping children and adults who feel misunderstood and is excited to be working in a dual role at MPG as both a clinical assistant and extern.
